Currently we are looking for candidates to work as Deskside Engineer/Helpdesk to join our service team, the company will provide relevant training, requirement of this post is as follow:

to provide first line end user support to customers in corporate account

familiar with PC hardware, printers, knowledge of XP, MS Office and LAN support

good telephone manner

can work independently and a good team player
-
fluent in English and Mandarin will be an advantage

candidates with less experience but with technical background is also welcome
