Deskside Engineer/Helpdesk
Location: Hong Kong

Currently we are looking for candidates to work as Deskside Engineer/Helpdesk to join our service team, the company will provide relevant training, requirement of this post is as follow:

  • to provide first line end user support to customers in corporate account

  • familiar with PC hardware, printers, knowledge of XP, MS Office and LAN support

  • good telephone manner

  • can work independently and a good team player

  • fluent in English and Mandarin will be an advantage

  • candidates with less experience but with technical background is also welcome

  • immediate available
